New Bottle Releases: Phyllis Rye Whiskey and Tom Cat Stout

Our newest release of Phyllis Rye Whiskey is available on Gin Lane and for pre-order in our online store. This is the third release in our limited edition 4-part “Walk In the Woods” series, featuring 100% Vermont grain-to-glass whiskey finished in secondary casks from around the world. This third release was finished in a Tokaji (a Hungarian dessert wine) cask and features rich rye character balanced with sweet dried fruit and honeyed notes.

We are thrilled to share the newest release in our Tom Cat Gin "Limited Cask series” - Tom Cat Stout! Each release in the series is unique and available in limited quantities. For this release, we picked up stout barrels from our friends at Hill Farmstead for a secondary aging of Tom Cat Gin. The result is a truly delicious and special Tom Cat with rich oak, hints of malted milk flavor, warm baking spice and a lingering cacao note on the finish.
