Phyllis Rye Whiskey: Her Walk in the Woods Series

Our most recent release of Phyllis Rye Whiskey is the third in the “Walk in the Woods” series. We finished our small batch, grain-to-glass rye whiskey in a Tokaji (a Hungarian dessert wine) cask, adding incredible depth and complexity that’s sure to delight any whiskey fan.

The fourth and final release in the 2024 Phyllis & Her Walk in the Woods series will be released later this month - a PX Sherry Cask finished rye whiskey brimming with toasted pastry and rich fruit notes. Watch for this release at our distillery on Gin Lane and in our online store to enjoy this holiday season!
