Tom Cat Gin

Barrel Aged Gin

Barrel Aged Gin

Tom Cat Gin is an expedition into uncharted territories. Once distilled, we age Barr Hill Gin in new American oak barrels in search of a bolder expression. The robust character of the new oak barrel mingles with the coniferous quality of the juniper, yielding an enticing aroma. A touch of raw honey leaves this revolutionary spirit remarkably approachable, whether drinking neat or in a cocktail. When the world called for whiskey, we answered resolutely with gin. Tom Cat is beloved by whiskey and gin drinkers alike.

By federal law, orders containing spirits must be sent to an address where someone 21+ is available to receive and sign for it. If you are gifting spirits, please let the recipient know the gift is coming and they will need to be home to receive and sign for the delivery. After three delivery attempts, if no one can receive and sign, the order will be returned to the retailer and you will receive a refund for the spirits but not for the shipping.

Tasting Notes:

Enticing oak flavors emerge on the palate, accented with juniper and wildflower honey botanicals.

It’s a truly unique, deeply enjoyable flavor with an enticing aroma that will delight any rum, whiskey or bourbon drinker. Ideal for a Negroni and unexpectedly delicious in an Old Fashioned.

Tom Cat Gin!

Wow!
Got this for my husband for Christmas and DANG!
Great sipping gin.
Hubby is eager to try it in Martini form, but I am loving it with an ice cube in a short glass… great smooth sipper~~

Awesome gin

Tom Cat us also a great change of pace for typical bourbon drinks (Old Fashioned, Manhattan, etc.). A must-have for any bar!

Stumbled onto barrel aged gin

Traveling in Iceland I ordered a gin and tonic. First sip
I was confused. Went to the bar and asked what gin was used. It was a local barrel aged gin. Couldn’t find it in the US so I bought a barrel aged gin from my local store.
Fortunately it was Tom Cat. I have since acquired a bottle from Iceland. I absolutely prefer Tom Cat. When
friends come over for drinks and ask for a Gin and Tonic
I ask which gin they prefer. Usually a clear gin. When served a Tom Cat and tonic 100% ask for a second Tom Cat
