Hive 75

The Hive 75 is a deliciously easy riff on the popular French 75 cocktail. Swapping simple syrup for honey and sparkling wine for sparkling hard cider gives it a savory botanical lift perfect for welcoming the cooler temps.

Ingredients:

1.5oz Barr Hill Gin
0.75oz Honey syrup (2 parts raw honey & 1 part hot water)
0.75oz Fresh lemon juice
Dry hard cider

Preparation

Add everything but the cider to a shaker with ice. Shake and double strain into a flute glass. Top with cider and garnish with a lemon twist.
