Raw Honey - 1 Pound Jar
Raw Honey - 1 Pound Jar
100% Raw Honey
Barr Hill Raw Honey is the distinctive ingredient in Barr Hill Gin, Tom Cat Gin, and Barr Hill Vodka. It is always kept raw (never heated or pasteurized) to retain the depth of the character of the land from which it comes. Its floral depth is a testament to the hard work of the honey bees that forage our region. This is truly one of nature's most precious treasures. Try for yourself, or gift a jar!
Honey is an agricultural product and will have natural variation in color and flavor from season to season. Also, real raw honey will crystallize over time. If this happens you can place the honey jar directly in warm (not hot) water, remove the lid and as the honey warms you can stir until the crystals dissolve.
Please note - we cannot ship online orders in Vermont. Please call our distillery to place an order for honey over the phone or come to our distillery in Montpelier.

My seven year old granddaughter, Everly, says this is the best honey in the world. In her mind, she has traveled extensively and knows what she is talking about. Whenever she comes over, she asks if she can have a spoonful of honey. I join her as well.

This honey makes all the difference in making cocktails - Bee's Knees is our favorite and we make them better at home than any restaurant or bar than we've ordered one. Only wish it went on sale once in a while. :)

I sampled this honey at a pop up event and loved the flavor profile. It’s now my go to honey for teas and even coffee. It’s also great to have on hand for impromptu gifting.
