Tom Cat Limited Cask - Stout

The Tom Cat Limited Cask series is an opportunity to push boundaries and to continue learning and exploring new possibilities in barrel-aged gin.

We are thrilled to share this special release of Tom Cat Gin done in partnership with our friends at Hill Farmstead Brewery. Our aged Tom Cat Gin was finished in barrels that held Hill Farmstead Double Barreled Stout, adding aromas of dark chocolate, toasted pastry and rich mocha. The palate is silky with notes of malted milk balls and warm baking spice. The finish is smooth with a long, lingering raw cacao flavor. This unique release celebrates the craftsmanship of two awarded Vermont producers.

By federal law, orders containing spirits must be sent to an address where someone 21+ is available to receive and sign for it. If you are gifting spirits, please let the recipient know the gift is coming and they will need to be home to receive and sign for the delivery. After three delivery attempts, if no one can receive and sign, the order will be returned to the retailer and you will receive a refund for the spirits but not for the shipping.
