This is Barr Hill's house ginger syrup, available exclusively by Barr Hill.

Made with fresh ginger and sweetened only with raw honey, this syrup is ideal for mixing with Barr Hill spirits for a cocktail, or to enjoy in your favorite mocktail recipe. Order with Barr Hill Vodka and a Collins glass to enjoy your next at-home "Montpelier Mule".

Refrigerate after opening. We recommend using within 60 days.

It's the bees knees of the bees knees.

Thank you for your delicious ginger syrup which is used sparingly in our cocktails. Although I would like to have it nightly, we save it for special occasion cocktails paired with Barr Hill gin and there is nothing better than that first sip. Thank you for this part of the perfect cocktail equation.
