Wood-fired, family-farmed maple syrup from the Northeast Kingdom is aged on farm in Tom Cat Gin barrels. This maple syrup has an incomparable flavor and is so good you may not want to pour it on your pancakes or add it to your next Old Fashioned cocktail - you may just enjoy it one spoonful at a time.

What a syrup!

Tried some of this at Barr Hill; was so good I immediately bought a bottle. Has a sort of vanilla undertone that's out of this world! You could definitely drink it straight.

Super excited for this addition to my Barr Hill Family. True Maple and delicious. Love the hint of taste from the barrel. Provides a great compliment without going overboard - the Maple taste is still powerful and yummy. Cheers again!
